Vanessa Molin, CRNP is an Advanced Practice RN with over 7 years nursing experience in a variety of settings.  She is passionate about healthcare and the impact it has on families and community systems.  Ultimately longing to improve health care and the quality of life for all individuals she serves.

Clinical expertise areas include; diagnosing, treating, and helping patients manage acute and chronic illnesses, conducting physical examinations, counseling and educating patients about preventive measures.

License and Education: Graduate from Gwynedd Mercy University in January 2017, Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) specializing in Adult Gerontology. 

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, CRNP License, ANCC Board Certified and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Vanessa is a great addition to our staff since December 2018.
