    • A1C
    • BLOOD PRESSURE
    • CHOLESTEROL

     

    TARGET BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS:       

    • Right Before Your Meal:  80 to 130
    • Two Hours After Meal:  Below 180

     

    TARGET BLOOD PRESSURE & CHOLESTEROL:

    • Target Blood Pressure:  130/80 mmHg
    • Bad Cholesterol Under 100 (LDL) 

     

    EXERCISE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES DAILY – Moderate aerobic exercise each day can help reduce the risk for complications. Regular exercise can lower blood sugar and “bad” cholesterol, help you lose weight, keep your heart & body healthy.
